With 250cc and 25hp @ 9000rpm, every one of these Delphi Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), OHC, counter-balanced water-cooled thumpers comes from the factory dynoed at 140kph, so you’ll have plenty of power to cruise on any road in the country with ease.
